New analog resistive 5-wire touch screens

September 26, 2014

In most applications, the resistive Abon touch uses its controller to communicate as HID (Digitizer) device directly via USB with a PC and requires no additional drivers. In the applications where an additional driver is needed, the touch driver emulates mouse left and right button by pressing, respectively pressing and holding. Drivers are available for a variety of operating systems such as Windows, Linux, QNX and MacOS.

The touch screens are suitable for a wide temperature range of -30…+70°C and with our VacuBond optical bonding process we can assemble them on TFT displays. This increases the robustness and improves the readability of the display-touch solution.
