All TFT display modules of the POS-PRO series are CE-certified and built into a stainless steel chassis. The front IP65 protection against dust and water jets makes them resistant to the high demands of harsh environments.

All POS-PRO models have IPS or VA displays that are perfectly readable without the viewing angle and all feature an integrated 10-finger PCAP touchscreen. They offer a brightness up to 1,300 cd/m² after touch and excellent brilliance and are also suitable for use in direct sunlight. The available interfaces RS-485, RS-232, UART, I2C, Ethernet, USB2.0 and USB3.0 cover almost the entire spectrum.

On a project basis, Distec equips the displays with an antibacterial glass that kills bacteria efficiently and quickly.
