We, the Apollo Display Technologies, Corp., take the protection of your personal data very seriously and do strictly adhere to the rules of the German data protection acts. The following data security explanation gives you an overview of how we ensure this protection in connection with our website and which data are raised for which purpose. However it does not apply to websites of companies to which we refer by hyperlink.

Inquiry, processing and use of personal data
Personal data is raised on this website only on voluntary basis (see "newsletter/product inquiry/press distribution list“). We do not identify individual visitors of our website, unless they disclose their contact data or further information voluntarily in one of the web forms or by other contact (e.g. by E-Mail). We use your voluntarily communicated data only for the purposes, for which you sent them. By no means the communicated data will be sold or passed on to third parties for any reason, unless we are legally obligated or you gave us your agreement.

Data processing on this website

With each access of a user to the Apollo Display Technologies, Corp. web pages our server log files automatically raise and store the information conveyed by your browser. They are:
- Browsertype/-version
- used operating system
- Referrer URL (the site visited before)
- hostname of the accessing computer (IP address)
- date and time of the server inquiry

If you use our Download service, there will additionally be stored:
- quantity of downloaded data
- information if the download was successful

Apollo Display Technologies, Corp. may not assign this data to certain persons. A combination of this data with other data sources, in particular the cookies described below, newsletter data, press service or product inquiries will not be made and the data will be deleted after statistic evaluation.

Cookies

In several places our web pages use so called cookies, e.g. in the context of the above mentioned statistic evaluation. They help making our website more user-friendly, more effective and safer. Cookies are small text files, which are filed on your computer and stored by your Browser. Most of the Cookies we use are so called "session Cookies", which means that they are deleted automatically after you left our website. As far as Cookies are not deleted, we can recognize whether our web pages were already accessed from your computer. Cookies do not cause damage on your computer and do not contain viruses. Should Cookies be used, e.g. in the context of the above mentioned statistic evaluation, the data is raised, used and stored exclusively pseudonymously. This data will not be used to identify the user of our web pages personally (e.g. by combination or comparison with other data conveyed to us).

Newsletter / product inquiry/ press distribution list

When using our services "Newsletter“, "product inquiry“ and "press distribution list“ you are asked to indicate your e-mail address and some further contact data and/or information about yourself or your organization. This data is voluntary. We always indicate the purpose for which we ask you to transmit the data and we also indicate which of the desired information is necessary for the relevant purpose and which is optional. Necessary information is marked by a star.

If you register yourselves to our press distribution list, we ask you in addition to allow your data to be circulated to our marketing agency Hightech marketing. The data will be circulated only for the purpose of distributing our press releases to you. Hightech Marketing will not use your data for other purposes or pass them on to third parties. If you should make use of your right of withdrawal (see following paragraph), we will of course also pass it on to Hightech Marketing.

Right of withdrawal

You can cancel your agreement for storing, processing and using your above mentioned personel data at any time with effect for the future. You can either send an e-mail to info@apollodisplays.com or reach us via the contact address specified in the imprint.

Right of access to personal data

At any time you have the right of information on your stored personal data, its origin and recipient as well as the purpose of the data processing. Information on the stored data provides the data security engineer (Bernhard Staller, info@apollodisplays.com).
